About:
Who’s is Chefpedy
Peguy “Pedy” Derilien was born in Haiti (1993) and raised in Turks and Caicos. A former national soccer player, he began his culinary journey at The Vix restaurant. In 2015, he moved to Canada to study culinary arts. After graduating in 2018, Pedy returned home and launched his career as a private chef.
